County Budget Office
The Coffee County Budget Office's mission is to provide quality financial
information to the residents of Coffee County, its employees and other related
parties for the benefit of Coffee County. The Budget Office is responsible for the
payroll, personnel, insurance, benefits, purchasing, accounts payable and
networking functions of the Coffee County Government for the following
departments: Mayor, Election Commission, Register of Deeds, Planning, County
Buildings, Central Service, Property Assessor, County Trustee, County Clerk,
Circuit Court, General Sessions Court, General Session Judge, Chancery Court,
Judicial Commissioners, Sheriff, Jail, Juvenile Services, Civil Defense, Local
Health Center, Rabies and Animal Control, Ambulance/Emergency Services,
Consolidated Communications, Industrial/Economic Development, Veteran's
Service, and Rural Solid Waste. The Budget Office also provides accounting
support to the Coffee County Highway Department.
