Where: Coffee County Administrative Plaza in the Meeting Hall prior to the 6:00 p.m. Full Commission meeting located at 1329 McArthur St.
Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing on 4 zoning issues;
- Consideration and Approval of rezoning property along Highway 53 from the Manchester city limits to Pomroy Road and Old Woodbury Hwy. Rezoning to include all property to a depth of 300 ft from the front property lines bordering each inside of Hwy. 53. Property zoned district to become C-2, General Commercial District.
- Consideration and approval of rezoning Rice property of approximately 20.88 acres located on the Old Tullahoma Highway currently zoned RS-1 (Low density residential) to C-2 (Commercial) and remaining acreage consisting of approx. 65.16 acres located between the Old Tullahoma Highway and Highway 55 from RS-1 to M-2 (Special Impact Industrial District).
- Consideration of reclamation plan and bond for M-2 for quarries and mining
- Consideration of request to rezone Wright property from RS-1 to M-2.
